Since each item is crafted specifically to your desires, we are unable to offer refunds on custom orders. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with a new one free of charge.

What qualifies as defective?

A defective item includes:

  • Errors in craftsmanship or assembly

  • Damage sustained during shipping (please see photos upon arrival)

  • Incorrect customization based on the order confirmation

How to request a replacement?

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@kratosandkalos.com with a description of the defect and photos as evidence. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
